You'll research, develop, and deploy AI models that power our multilingual content generation platform. Work on challenging problems in computer vision, natural language processing, and audio processing to create the most advanced content localization technology in the world.

This role is perfect for ML engineers who want to work on production systems at scale. You'll build models for voice cloning, lip-sync generation, content translation, and more. Your work will directly enable creators to reach global audiences in ways never before possible.

You'll collaborate with our backend team on model serving infrastructure, work with massive datasets, and help push the boundaries of what's possible with AI-powered content generation.

• Own ML problems end‑to‑end — from research to production.
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy models for speech, text, and video.
• Develop scalable pipelines for training, inference, and evaluation.
• Monitor performance and retrain models to reduce drift and errors.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate ML into production systems.
• Write clear documentation and communicate findings effectively.

• Proficient with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Experience in NLP, speech, or multimodal ML (classification, diarization, translation, OCR).
• Hands‑on experience deploying models to production (cloud preferred, GCP a plus).
• Strong data pipeline experience (ETL, preprocessing, feature engineering).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Early‑stage startup experience (founder or early ML/AI engineer).
• Experience with recommender systems, hybrid search, or embeddings.
• Familiarity with large-scale content classification and routing.
• Research or applied work in speech, translation, or generative AI.
• Speaks a language other than English (and code).
