Full‑Stack Engineer

Unilingo connects a single video to every audience, in every language, on every major platform — with no extra work. We pioneered multi‑language content for YouTube, helping creators like MrBeast reach 120B+ views and generate $80M+ in AdSense revenue. Now we're scaling a syndication network that publishes from one upload to any platform, in any format, in any language. With 48,000+ submissions in the pipeline, we're just getting started.

We're a small, senior team where ownership is the default. You'll work across the stack, ship production features quickly, and see your work in the hands of real creators almost immediately.

This role is highly hands-on: you'll design and build core systems, contribute directly to product decisions, and take features from idea to deployment with full responsibility. We value engineers who aren't afraid to touch the whole stack — whether that means tweaking a UI state, adjusting a backend data type, or shipping a full feature end-to-end.

You'll also own your deployments. Every engineer here pushes their own code through our pipeline, monitors it in production, and takes pride in seeing it scale globally. You'll collaborate closely with the founders on architecture and direction, and everything you build will help shape how creators share their work across languages and platforms.

• Own problems end‑to‑end — from spec to shipped product.
• Build, test, and iterate in Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Operate CI/CD to ship safely and often.
• Talk to users and analyze data to guide what you build.
• Triage bugs and improve reliability and performance.
• Write clear docs and review PRs to raise the bar.

• Proficient with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Comfortable moving from UI states to backend services and data models.
• Hands‑on experience deploying to cloud (GCP preferred) and working with Firebase/Firestore.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Early‑stage startup experience (founder or early engineer).
